For use with item 5096 (kayak adapters) or a complete kayak stabilizer or kayak sail kit system -- this is an extra pair of deck brackets, with bolts, so that you can easily swap one stabilizer between 2 kayaks or between front and back deck of one kayak. This item is just the deck brackets and not the complete kayak adapters (which consist of the deck bracket, leg, and clamping top).
